This roasted green beans and mushrooms side dish is truly something special!

Made with only a few ingredients, with almost no effort, and in only 25 minutes, this amazing meal will amaze everyone at the table without “asking” any blood, sweat, and tears from you in return!

The amount of ingredients in this recipe will be enough for 4 servings.

Ingredients

  • ½ pounds of green beans (with their ends trimmed)
  • 2 cups of chopped crimini mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • garlic powder (to taste)
  • crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • ½ tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Step By Step Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Get a large bowl and put the mushrooms, beans, vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in it. Toss everything really good so the ingredients combine well.
  3. Get a large baking pan and place a large cookie sheet on the bottom of it.
  4. Spread the bowl mixture onto the cooking sheet.
  5. Bake the beans and mushrooms for 20 minutes. When they’re done, place them in a large bowl and toss them with the grated Parmesan and the garlic powder. If you want, you can add a bit more olive oil. Serve immediately.
