So, next time you go grocery shopping, make sure you stock up on grapes, figs, apricots and citrus fruits so you can prepare our super-healthy Mediterranean Master Fruit Mix for the whole family.

The Mediterranean Master Fruit Mix takes 15-20 minutes to prepare and serves up to 10 people.


  • 4 large cups of fresh or canned fruit, including apples, oranges, bananas, pineapple and the fruits mentioned above
  • 1 cup of assorted nuts, including hazelnuts, almonds and pistachios
  • 1 small package of vanilla pudding or yogurt
  • 1-2 cups of non-fat milk, if you prefer it over pudding or yogurt

Step By Step Preparation

  1. If you have fresh fruit, rinse it well and chop into bite-size chunks. If you have canned fruit open the can and drain the fruit.
  2. Mix the fruit with pudding, yogurt or milk, add the nuts and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Serve as soon as it is ready and refrigerate the leftovers.
