A Grilled Tuna Spaghetti recipe is something your meal needs – this refreshing dish takes only 40 minutes to prepare, and with the ingredients listed below, you’ll be able to make a tasty and healthy meal for two with little to no effort.

Ingredients

  • 2 x 120 grams of tuna steak
  • 150 grams of dried spaghetti
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 30 g green olives
  • 30 g black olives
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese
  • Basil
  • Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ red chilli
  • Black pepper
  • Sea salt

Step By Step Preparation

  1. Peel the garlic and cut it into small pieces, while cutting the cherry tomatoes and olives in half. Also, crush the fennel seeds with a bit of salt until you get powder.
  2. Grate the parmesan. Put basil leaves into a mortar and crush them until you get paste. Add some salt, juice from ½ lemon, and olive oil to it and mix to get the marinade.
  3. Once your marinade is done, roll the tuna steaks in it and leave them to marinate for about 20 minutes.
  4. Cook your spaghettis in boiling water. In the meantime, put garlic and olive oil in a frying pan and cook on medium heat. When the garlic becomes golden, add the fennel seed powder and cherry tomatoes to the mixture and cook for 5 minutes at low heat.
  5. Turn the heat off and add the dried spaghettis to the pan. Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice and stir. When you’re done, cover the pan and set it aside.
  6. Place the chopped olives into a bowl and add lemon juice, olive oil, and finely chopped chili to get the salad.
  7. Take the marinated tuna steaks and place them on a hot griddle pan. Add a bit of salt and cook them according to preference.
  8. Add parmesan to the spaghetti and distribute on plates. Place the tuna steaks accordingly, and top it all off with olive salad.
