Today we present our Cocoa and Banana Quinoa recipe, which will give you enough amino acids and protein to keep you feeling full for longer even though it will seem as if you’ve had dessert.


  • ½ cup quinoa
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ water
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 2 tsps honey
  • 2 tsps cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Step By Step Preparation

Put quinoa, almond milk, and water into a small pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and leave to cook for another 10 minutes until all the water is absorbed. Put the mixture into a serving bowl. Stir in banana, honey, cocoa powder, and vanilla to combine all the ingredients.
