This video illustrates how portions in the American diet have grown since the 1950s, 60s, 70s, and 80s and how that correlates with the increased weight gain for American kids and adults. Supersizing has become the norm for our food portions resulting in many diet related diseases: hypertension, heart disease, diabetes and more. Many people are consuming their daily caloric needs in one meal, thus resulting in obesity. Watch this video to dispel myths about healthy foods.
