Sure, fat does really contain more calories per ounce, but it won’t stick to your blood and make you hungrier like sugar will.

In fact, consuming some fatty foods can actually be healthy for your heart, liver, and waistline. But we don’t want to be exclusive with this – not all low-fat foods are unhealthy.

Just make sure that low-fat you’re looking at doesn’t have immense amounts of sugar, or you’re be doing yourself a counter-favor.
