Innovative Mac & Cheese For Dinner

Despite the common thinking that eating after 6PM is bad, there are ways to have a healthy and delicious dinner without the risk of packing extra pounds.

And what better dish to prepare than everyone’s favorite Macaroni and Cheese?

Simple And Quick

The “Stovetop Mac & Cheese” is not only tasty, but with all the spices and ingredients combined it provides enough nutrients for anyone’s needs.

You will need butter, an onion, flour, milk, cayenne pepper, cheddar, Dijon mustard, and your favorite type of macaroni.

Here are the steps to preparing Stovetop Mac and Cheese:

  • In a medium saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter.
  • Add onion and cook for about 4 minutes.
  • Add flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt and cook until mixture is pale golden.
  • Whisking constantly, pour in 4 cups milk cayenne.
  • Cook the mixture, stirring constantly along bottom of pan for 6 to 7 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta until al dente.
  • Once your pasta is done, drain it thoroughly and return it to the pot.
  • Remove the sauce from heat and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  • After adding cheese and mustard, stir it once again, and you’ve got yourself a healthy and delicious Mac and Cheese dinner!
