Don’t Like Eggs? Try This For Breakfast

For all those who are not fans of eggs or who have been basing their breakfast on eggs for too long there are plenty of other foods to start your day with a protein bang.

Today we suggest quinoa oatmeal for a protein and fiber bomb to give you enough energy in the morning without overwhelming your stomach.

Also add bananas, and instead of dairy milk consume quinoa oatmeal with almond milk without adding any sugar. Let bananas take care of that.

Ingredients

  • 1 instant oatmeal package
  • ¼ cup of quinoa
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of almond milk

Step By Step Preparation

In a medium-sized bowl, soak the oatmeal in warm almond milk and add quinoa. Let it all soak for a little while to become softer and easier to eat. Cut up a banana into bite-size bits and add into the bowl. Eat right away or double or triple the ingredients for a family breakfast.
