Try approaching your bedtime in a different way. Just like you have a schedule for eating and going to the gym, treat your bedtime routine as an activity or even a chore.

To round up our list we kind of have to go back at the very beginning. Evenings are reserved for clearing your head. In order to have a productive day tomorrow, you need to disconnect from your work-related things as soon as you come home from work.
