As it happens, various findings suggest that yogurt can do a lot more than just improve your microflora – it’s also capable of helping us with constipation, heart health, cancer, and much more.

When it comes to probiotic-rich dairy products, yogurt is at the top of the list. Probiotic means “for life,” and it refers to ’good bacteria’ which provides us with many health benefits.
