With the summer closing in on us, it’s time to start preparing for the beach.

You’ve got your bathing suits and sunscreen, so now all you need are killer belly muscles.

And there’s no better way to achieve that than with this awesome exercise!

The Mountain Climber

There are many things the mountain climber is good for.

Aside from helping you tone down your tummy, it’s also a very efficient and easy exercise you won’t have to spend a lot of time on.

Here are the steps:

  1. Get down into the push-up position with your hands at shoulder-width.
  2. Bend one leg in the knee and hip and bring it all the way to your chest.
  3. Return to the starting position and repeat the motion with your other leg.
  4. Do 2 sets of 5-10 reps.

Note: This exercise can be done in one bigger set, but in case you don’t like getting exhausted or you’re not in the best shape, keep doing the recommended number of reps in two separate sets.
