Pippa Middleton Shares Her Dieting Secrets

October 25, 2014

Anytime you hear the Middleton name in the news, chances are you will be reading the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton. After all, she is married to Prince William and has given birth to the boy who will be King of England one day.

But if you can remember back to the royal wedding, it wasn’t the gorgeous Kate that stole the show; it was her younger sister, Pippa, and her derriere that just won’t quit.

Many photographers at the wedding found their lenses straying to the younger Middleton, and with good reason.

The young English socialite is in tip-top shape with a curvy figure that had many men forgetting where they were for a minute. After gaining so much attention, it seems Pippa has decided to break her silence on what keeps her in shape in Britain’s Waitrose Weekend magazine.

What Will She Write?

Pippa will be writing a column for the magazine that shares her dieting and fitness secret, debunking the myths that she is a follower of the dangerous Dukan diet.

“I’ve never done Dukan, attempted Atkins or exercised religiously seven days a week, but I do believe in making healthy choices — keeping refined carbs such as white bread and pasta to a minimum, and sticking to sensible portion sizes,” wrote the royal in-law.

“I know that if I fit in at least three, ideally five, sessions of exercise a week, be it a 30 minute run, an hour’s walk or a good game of tennis, it boosts my mood and energy, and helps me sleep and digest better. So I make it a priority, whatever the weather or my work schedule.”

The first of her writing gives readers a 30 minute fitness regime that focuses on doing ladders, plié squats, wall pushes and the classic plank, which, she wrote, are all quick and easy ways to tone your entire body.

“Do the routine three times a week and you’ll really notice a difference,” she promised.
